4. Orders & Payment

5. Shipping & Delivery
- Nationwide shipping is offered via tracked carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
- Same-day delivery is available for eligible Seattle metro ZIP codes on orders placed before the daily cutoff time shown at checkout. Eligibility and availability may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Due to the nature of research materials, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded.
- To initiate a return, contact our support team for a return authorization prior to shipping any item back.
